Dear Career Academy Family,

Are you looking for something different for high school? Do you want independence and freedom to learn in creative ways? Then you have come to the right place. 

At Career Academy, we nurture the genius inside each person. We start with the gifts and talents our scholars already have, and then we go from there. Here is what our graduates say:

Career Academy is a small, personalized, innovative high school. We are a Big Picture Learning school where scholars pursue their passions and interests. This means that scholars:

• Are part of a small class called “Advisory”
• Learn through interests and internships in the community
• Plan and carry out projects of their own design
• Are not graded in traditional ways - we provide feedback on the development of real-world competencies and skills needed for the future
